Restoration Christian Church's Pantry Restoration is a food pantry for those in need. In Matthew 25: 40, Jesus was telling a parable about the people around us all, He said “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
At Pantry Restoration, we serve others the way Jesus served when He was on this earth. Not from a point of judgement, but from a point of love, God's Love! The ability to the Spirit of God to be shown through a loaf of bread or a frozen block of chili or even canned goods is beyond our human understanding, but we have seen and prayed with and for people who have been touched by Gods love for the first time through receiving food! One of the most amazing things that we have seen as a church, is watching God change someones life with a loaf of bread!
Food for those who need it
There is no way to know when you might find yourself in a place of need. In a spot you never dreamed "you" would be.
Hard times happen to everyone and when they do, Pantry Restoration is there! God has brought a combination of willing hearts, food resources, transportation resources and His Spirit to have the ability to help those in need.
Our food pantry will formally open in the beginning of the second quarter of 2017 and have capability to act as a re-distribution warehouse not only for our community, but for a good part of Western Hamilton County.
In the mean time, we are receiving weekly food shipments that are being distributed from the back of a 26' box truck around our community. If you see a large box truck sitting on the side of the road, with a group of people surrounding it, stop and say hello! If you have a need, or if you can lend assistance, please don't hesitate to stop.
It is a great pleasure to give food away and even more of a blessing to pray with and for people who need Jesus.
